Content not posting? Here's a couple of things to look for depending on the method you're using to post your content. If you've double-checked the following and you're still having trouble, please ensure to review the How to submit a ticket article prior to submitting the ticket. You can find that article here.

Disabled Accounts:
Check under the 'Accounts' option and make sure all of your accounts are listed as active. If any are listed as 'Disabled' you'll want to remove and reconnect it to Social Post Magic. You can do this in the same manner that you added it originally.
You will also be notified by email if your accounts become disabled.
Grouped Accounts/Posts
Most social media sites have their own set of required fields when posting to them. Grouping together accounts that have different requirements will prevent your content from posting.

Not all of my Facebook Pages are showing in Social Post Magic:
If all of your Facebook pages are not showing in Social Post Magic, you may need to remove the Social Post Magic app from Facebook and then re-add the pages.

If your permissions to SPM have expired, it's super easy to update your permissions.

My automated RSS Feed posts are not showing up in my calendar, why?
Because these are automated RSS Feeds, we have no idea when a post would be posted. For that very reason, the post cannot show up in the "scheduled" calendar.
Once the post has posted you will see it on the "posted" calendar tab.
