The bulk scheduler doesn't have an exact post time.
You set the start time and you set the end time
and the system will post within that interval 1 post per day
Example:
So if you set from Monday 10:00 to Friday 19:00 and set 5 posts,
it will post one item per day, but there is no exact time that it will post, it just posts within that time interval
